Understanding returns for perishable food items

1. No Returns on Food Items

Due to the perishable nature of food, Mess Wala does not accept returns on any delivered meals. Once the food has been prepared and delivered, it cannot be taken back or exchanged.

2. Exceptions

  • Wrong food delivered — Contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged or spoiled food — Reach out within 1 hour of delivery with a photo.
  • Missing items — Report on the same day for resolution.
